Questions

Every figure here is read from the code that enforces it, so nothing on this page can promise something the site refuses to do.

Deposits

How do I add money?+

Open the wallet, choose Deposit, and enter an amount between 10,00 € and 5.000,00 €. You are handed a checkout page that shows an address and the exact amount of coin to send.

Crypto is the only way in. There is no card, PayPal or bank transfer, and there is no cash option.

Send the exact amount shown. It is priced at the rate on that page and holds for a limited window.

How long until a deposit shows up?+

Usually a few minutes: as long as the coin's network needs to confirm the transfer, plus a moment for the payment provider to pass it on.

Your balance updates on its own. There is nothing to click and no need to keep the checkout page open.

I sent a payment and my balance did not change+

If it has been more than about thirty minutes, the most common cause is that the amount received did not match the amount ordered — the coin moved while the transfer was confirming, or slightly less arrived than was asked for.

Nothing is lost in that case. The payment is held and settled by hand, and the balance follows once it has been checked.

Send us the transaction hash below and it will be looked at directly.

Withdrawals

How do I cash out?+

Open the wallet, choose Withdraw, and enter an amount between 10,00 € and 2.000,00 €. You give the coin and the address it should go to.

The amount leaves your balance the moment you ask, so it cannot be staked while the payout is being prepared. If a request is turned down, it goes straight back.

Check the address twice. A crypto transfer cannot be recalled, and an address that is wrong by one character is money that does not come back.

How long does a payout take?+

Every payout is looked at by a person before it is sent, so it is not instant. Most are handled the same day.

You can follow the state in your profile: requested, approved, then paid with the transaction hash of the transfer.

Your payouts
What does a payout cost?+

Vexa charges nothing. The coin's own network fee applies, and it is charged by size of the transfer, not by value.

That matters most at the 10,00 € floor: on an expensive chain like Bitcoin or Ethereum the fee can be a real share of a small payout. On Solana, Litecoin, TRON or Polygon it is cents.

The amount screen tells you which network you picked is an expensive one before you confirm.

Bonus and referrals

Why can I not withdraw all of my balance?+

Bonus and referral credit is locked until it has been staked 25 times. Until then it can be played but not paid out.

Your own deposits are never locked. What you put in, you can take out.

Cashing out while an obligation is open forfeits the remaining bonus — the money you deposited is unaffected.

Your wagering progress
How does the welcome bonus work?+

Your first deposit of 20,00 € or more is matched, up to 100,00 €.

The matched amount is locked until it has been staked 25 times. Every real-money bet counts towards it, in any game.

It applies once, to the first deposit only. A smaller first deposit does not earn it.

Promotions
How do referrals pay?+

Both sides get 5,00 € once the invited player deposits at least 10,00 €.

It is credited as locked bonus, on the same 25× terms as the welcome match. Otherwise inviting yourself would just be a discount.

Games and fairness

What are the odds?+

Every game returns 95 % of what is staked, on average, over a long run. The house keeps 5 %.

That figure does not change with how you bet. Picking a riskier win chance, more mines or a higher cash-out target changes how the same average is spread out, not what it is.

It is an average over many rounds, not a promise about any of them. Over a short session anything can happen, and usually does.

How are results generated?+

On the server, with the operating system's cryptographic random generator — the same class of randomness used for keys and session tokens. Nothing about a round is decided in your browser, so nothing about it can be changed there.

The result does not depend on your balance, how long you have played, or whether you are ahead.

To be straight about the limit: there is no seed you can check a single round against afterwards. Provably fair verification is not built yet. What is stated here is how the code works, not something you can independently prove.

Can I try a game without money?+

Yes. Every game has a Demo tab with 10,000 demo coins. No account, no deposit.

Demo credit refills itself when it runs out. It is not worth anything and cannot be paid out — it exists to let you see how a game behaves before staking anything.

Account

I cannot sign in+

Use the same method you signed up with — an email and password, or Google. An account created with Google has no password to enter.

If you forgot your password, the sign-in page will send you a reset link.

If the account says it is frozen or banned, write to us below; that is not something a reset will fix.

Can I delete my account?+

Yes — ask below and it will be closed. Withdraw your balance first, because a closed account cannot be paid out to.

The record of money that actually moved is kept. Those entries are the proof of what was deposited and paid, and deleting them would leave the books wrong.

Playing safely

I want to stop or slow down+

Ask below and your account can be frozen — immediately, and for as long as you want. A frozen account can still be paid out; it just cannot bet.

Two things worth knowing while you decide. The house keeps a share of every stake on average, so playing longer does not turn a loss around. And a run of losses does not make the next round more likely to win: each one is independent of the last.
